Commercial policy
LRPGM does not offer voluntary refunds for a change of preference, loss of interest or a decision to stop using a feature delivered as purchased. A paid plan is not a trial with a guaranteed refund. Lack of use alone does not create an automatic commercial refund either. Explore the demo and Free edition before purchasing, and check the features, compatibility, price and plan duration. The mandatory rights described on this page remain protected.
Completed or applied translation
Completing or applying a translation with a plan feature constitutes use of that feature. When it was delivered as offered and used, there is no voluntary refund simply because you have already obtained the translation or no longer wish to use the app. Opening the app or starting an attempt does not by itself establish a completed translation. Use does not remove legal rights or prevent examination of a purchased feature that was not delivered correctly.
Purchased feature not delivered
If a feature included in your purchase offer and terms is not provided under the purchased conditions, the case must be assessed for fulfillment of the offer or an applicable refund. Assessment considers the purchased plan, engine, conditions disclosed at purchase and reported failure. Using another feature does not dismiss that issue. Incorrect charges and other legal grounds for restitution are also addressed, without requiring that the app has never been used.
Usage records and purchase assessment
Purchase, license and processing records, when available, help verify which features were provided and used. A verifiable completion or application history can establish use of a feature; a failed attempt must be distinguished from a completed delivery. Records are evidence for assessment, not an automatic denial of rights. Personal data used in this assessment follows the privacy policy and Brazil’s LGPD. To report a delivery failure or incorrect charge, or exercise a legal right, use LRPGM’s contact channel with the purchase identifier and a description of what happened, without sending passwords or full card details.
Cancel automatic renewal
Cancelling renewal prevents the next charge and keeps access until the end of the paid period. It neither requests nor automatically generates a refund of a previous charge. Automatically renewing subscriptions can be managed in Profile > My subscription. Pix and one-time payments do not create automatic renewal. Check the end date and subscription status in your account.
Legal rights remain protected
The commercial policy does not replace applicable law. In Brazil, article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code provides a seven-day withdrawal right for purchases it covers; this is a legal right, not an LRPGM commercial trial guarantee. A usage or applied-translation record does not by itself remove that right. Legal remedies for failures, failure to fulfill the offer and incorrect charges also remain. Commercial conditions or terms cannot exclude these mandatory rights.
