Payment problems or missing plan access

Start with the status in your account

Sign in to the same account used for the purchase and open Subscription and Plans. Check the plan, payment and status shown there. A payment attempt and a confirmed payment are different situations.

The payment did not complete

Check the message shown during payment. If the card was declined, check the stated reason and contact the card issuer. Use only the payment options offered in your account. Do not send card details through the contact form.

The Pix or payment is still pending

Check whether the transaction completed in the service you used to pay. Return to your LRPGM account and check its status. If you have already paid, avoid making another purchase to unlock access: contact the team to check the order.

Payment was confirmed, but the plan is missing

1. Check that you signed in with the email used for the purchase.
2. Refresh the subscription page and check the status.
3. If the problem persists, contact us and describe what appears in your account and in the application.

What to include when contacting support

Include the selected plan, date, amount, order or transaction identifier and the message shown. Hide information that is not needed to identify the payment in any receipt or screenshot.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, full card numbers or card security codes. Include only what is needed to check the problem.
