Objective: Add a recognized executable to the library and open its translation project.

Applies to: Authenticated Free covers MV/MZ with up to five active projects. Basic/Plus cover recognized XP, VX, VX Ace, MV and MZ. Guest is a separate demonstration with one temporary project. Engine recognition does not guarantee every plugin or modified format.

Before starting: Keep a complete working copy with write permission; do not move only the executable into an empty folder. Check your active plan and project limit. Archived projects are not deleted game folders.

Steps

  1. Open the game/project library in LRPGM.
  2. Use the add-game action and select the game executable. Alternatively, drag an executable into the inclusion area. Add one game at a time to avoid uncertainty about which file was accepted.
  3. Wait for detection and check the displayed name, path and engine. A missing www folder does not identify EVB.
  4. Resolve engine, structure, access or project-limit messages before starting. XP/VX/VX Ace require Basic or Plus.
  5. Open the project’s translation action. Depending on its state, it may open directly or be available from the card/menu; do not rely on a universal double-click action.
  6. Continue to configure languages and provider.

Expected result: The eligible project appears in the library with its translation configuration available.

If it fails: Check the executable, complete folder structure, engine and plan. Modified games may not match recognized structures. Keep the detection message and report the LRPGM version, expected engine and stage. Do not use an old decryption window as a workaround.
